Sunday T-Boosting Recipe: Pan-Seared Salmon in Avocado Dill Sauce

Salmon is a nutritional powerhouse. It is a great source of protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, potassium, selenium, and B vitamins. Salmon is also one of the best foods to support testosterone production in men due to its high levels of vitamin D (the highest level among fish).

Vitamin D acts more like hormone than a vitamin, regulating the production of other hormones, including the all-important testosterone.

Below is a quick, easy, delicious, and t-boosting recipe chuck full of healthy fats. If possile, use wild salmon and organic avocado. If this is not possible, don’t worry. As Primal Blueprint founder Mark Sisson says, “Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.”

FOR THE AVOCADO DILL SAUCE:
    • 1 medium avocado
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
