Sunday T-Boosting Recipe: Green Monster Smoothie

Leafy green vegetables are high in testosterone producing zinc and magnesium. Hate eating your greens? No worries, just hide them under a delicious chocolate and banana combo!

This Green Monster provides a plethora of T-Boosting micronutrients, antioxidants, and healthy fats from avocado and coconut oil.

1 whole banana
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons 100% cacao powder
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
